WORKERS' COMPENSATION AND REHABILITATION ACT 2003 - SECT 504

504 Reference about worker’s permanent impairment

(1) This section applies on a reference to a tribunal under section 500 (1) (d) .

(2) The tribunal must decide—

(a) the degree of permanent impairment that could result from the injury; and

(b) the DPI for the injury.
