Decisions of tribunal
516 Decisions of tribunal
(1) A tribunal must give a written decision for
any matter referred to it with reasons for the decision.
(2) A tribunal must
give a copy of its decision to the insurer and to— (a) the worker; or
(b)
the worker’s representative.
