548A Meaning of appeal body

(1) An
"appeal body" for this division is the industrial commission.

(2) However, the
"appeal body" is an industrial magistrate—

(a) for a decision of the Regulator under section 107E ; or

(b) for a decision of the Regulator about a matter mentioned in section 540 (1) (a) (i) to (vi) ; or

(c) for a non-reviewable decision.
