WORKERS' COMPENSATION AND REHABILITATION ACT 2003 - SECT 600
Licences
600 Licences
(1) A licence issued to a self-insurer by WorkCover under the
repealed Act is taken to be a licence issued to a self-insurer by the
Authority under this Act.
(2) Without limiting section 592(1), any
application under chapter 2, part 5 of the repealed Act is taken to be an
application to the Authority under a corresponding provision of this Act.
