Review of decisions of insurer
623 Review of decisions of insurer
(1) The provisions of chapter 13, parts 1
and 2, as in force immediately before the commencement of this section,
continue to apply to a decision of WorkCover or a self-insurer made before the
commencement as if the amending Act had not been enacted.
(2) In this
section—
"decision" includes failure to make a decision.
