WORKERS' COMPENSATION AND REHABILITATION ACT 2003 - SECT 635
Medical assessment tribunals
635 Medical assessment tribunals
(1) Each medical assessment tribunal in
existence immediately before the commencement of this section continues in
existence after the commencement as if it were established under chapter 11.
(2) Each appointment of a person to a medical assessment tribunal that is in
force immediately before the commencement of this section continues after the
commencement.
