"amending Act" means the Workers’ Compensation and Rehabilitation and Other
Legislation Amendment Act 2010.
"amending section" means a section of the amending Act that amends this Act.
"new" , in relation to a provision, means the provision as inserted or amended
by the amending Act.
"old" , in relation to a provision, means the provision as it existed before
being amended or omitted by the amending Act.
