740 Insurer’s obligation to provide support for worker with psychiatric or
psychological injury
The obligation of an insurer under new chapter 4, part
5A to provide support to a worker who has made an application for compensation
for a psychiatric or psychological injury applies only if the worker’s
injury was sustained after the commencement.
