The Regulator may cancel a licence if—
(a) any of the following persons contravenes this Act or a condition of the licence—(i) the self-insurer;(ii) for a group employer—(A) a member employer of the group; or(B) if the group employer is made up of related bodies corporate—1 of the related bodies corporate; or
(b) the licence was issued because of a materially false or misleading representation or declaration (made either orally or in writing); or
(c) the self-insurer decides not to renew the self-insurer’s licence.
