Appealing decisions made on proceedings decided before commencement
314 Appealing decisions made on proceedings decided before commencement
(1) This section applies to a decision of a court in a proceeding for a
contravention of a WHS civil penalty provision made before the commencement
if, immediately before the commencement, an appeal against the decision has
not been started.
(2) From the commencement, the WHS prosecutor is taken to
have been a party to the proceeding for the purposes of appealing against the
decision.
