WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY ACT 2011 - SECT 34B
Exceptions
34B Exceptions
(1) A volunteer does not commit an offence under this part.
(2) Despite
section 34 (2) , a senior officer of an unincorporated association (other than
a volunteer) may commit an offence under this part.
(3) The Criminal Code ,
section 23 does not apply to an offence under this part.
