YOUTH JUSTICE ACT 1992 - SECT 225
Program period
225 Program period
(1) The program period of a child’s conditional release program starts when
the conditional release order is made and ends at the later of the following
times— (a) the end of the last day of the period of the conditional release
order;
(b) if the conditional release program was suspended for part or all
of any days (the
"suspended days" )—the end of the day that is the last day of the period of
the order and, additionally, the number of suspended days.
(2) If, at the
time a court makes a conditional release order for a child— (a) another
conditional release order has already been made for the child; and
(b) the
conditional release program under the other order has not ended;
the period
when the child is subject to both conditional release programs is counted
concurrently.
