Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsThe proper officer of a court by which a person is ordered to pay an amount under this Act by way of fine, restitution or compensation on application in writing made by any party to the proceeding in which the order was made may extend the period in which the person is required to pay the amount subject to conditions if any that the proper officer considers just.
