359 Evidence of childhood finding of guilt

(1) This section applies to a proceeding against an adult for an offence.

(2) This Act, as amended by the amending Act, applies even if 1 or both of the following happened before the commencement—

(a) the commission of the offence;

(b) the start of the proceeding for the offence.
