YOUTH JUSTICE ACT 1992 - SECT 75
Adjournment power generally
75 Adjournment power generally
(1) If it appears to the Childrens Court that a proceeding before it in
relation to an offence could be more conveniently, economically or fairly
heard before the Childrens Court at another place, the court may adjourn the
hearing to that other place.
(2) The remand, bail and custody provisions of
part 5 apply to the adjournment.
