ANIMAL CARE AND PROTECTION REGULATION 2012 - REG 10

10 Prescribed entities

Each of the following is prescribed for paragraph (b) of the definition of
"prescribed entity" in the schedule to the Act —

(a) a local government;

(b) the Animal Welfare League of Queensland Inc.;

(c) the department in which the Nature Conservation Act 1992 is administered;

(d) North Queensland Wildlife Care Inc.;

(e) Wildcare Australia Inc. ABN 80 853 694 538;

(f) Australia Zoo Wildlife Warriors Worldwide Ltd ABN 13 102 721 513;

(g) Tolga Bat Rescue and Research Inc.
