AGENTS FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION REGULATION 2014 - REG 26

26 Keeping documents

(1) This section applies subject to the Evidence Act 1977 , section 111 .

(2) A principal agent must keep each document the agent is required to keep under the Act —

(a) in a secure, orderly and accessible way; and

(b) for at least 5 years.

Penalty—

Maximum penalty—10 penalty units.
