ABORIGINAL LAND REGULATION 2011 - REG 41

Other parties may give notice of appearance

41 Other parties may give notice of appearance

A person who—

(a) is given a notice of appeal; and
(b) is interested in the appeal;
may become a party to the appeal by giving the registrar of the Land Appeal Court a written notice of appearance no later than 30 days after the person was given the notice of appeal.
