48A Prescribed protected areas—Act, s 173

For section 173 (4) of the Act , definition
"prescribed protected area" , paragraph (b) , a resources reserve stated in schedule 1 is prescribed.

Note—

Section 174 of the Act provides that prescribed protected areas in the Cape York Peninsula Region are transferable land.
