Members of executive committee continue in office
53 Members of executive committee continue in office
(1) This section applies to a person who is the chairperson, deputy
chairperson, secretary or other office holder on the executive committee of a
land trust immediately before the commencement.
(2) On the commencement, the
person continues as the chairperson, deputy chairperson, secretary or other
office holder on the executive committee of the land trust.
