BODY CORPORATE AND COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT (STANDARD MODULE) REGULATION 2020 - REG 14

14 When committee may be chosen if previous committee was formed under s 13(4)

(1) If, on the day the first annual general meeting of the body corporate is held, the committee is formed under section 13 (4) , a subsequent committee may be chosen at an extraordinary general meeting held before the next annual general meeting after the first annual general meeting.

(2) This subdivision applies to the extraordinary general meeting as if it were the next annual general meeting after the first annual general meeting.
