BODY CORPORATE AND COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT (ACCOMMODATION MODULE) REGULATION 2020 - REG 103

103 Secretary to have available for inspection body corporate’s roll etc. [SM, s 113]

The secretary must have available for inspection by voters at the general meeting—

(a) the body corporate’s roll; and

(b) a list of the persons who have the right to vote at the meeting; and

(c) all proxy forms; and

(d) all hard copy and electronic votes.
