BUILDING FIRE SAFETY REGULATION 2008 - REG 28
Reviewing a fire and evacuation plan
28 Reviewing a fire and evacuation plan
(1) The occupier of a building must carry out a review of the fire and
evacuation plan for the building at intervals of not more than 1 year.
Penalty— Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
(2) The occupier
must— (a) keep a written record of the review; and
(b) if the building is a
high occupancy building—give a copy of the record to the fire safety adviser
for the building within 1 month after the review.
Penalty— Maximum
penalty—20 penalty units.
