Queensland Consolidated Regulations Queensland Consolidated RegulationsThe code of conduct for pool safety inspectors called ‘Code of conduct for swimming pool safety inspectors’ made by the chief executive on 23 September 2010 is approved.
Note—Under section 338 (3) of the Act , the code of conduct for pool safety inspectors continues in effect as if the code of conduct had been made by the QBCC commissioner.
