(a) the builder for assessable building work is a licensed builder; and
(b) the builder does not give a notice for inspection for a stage of the work, as required under section 27 ;the building certifier must, as soon as practicable after becoming aware of the failure to give the notice for inspection, give QBCC a notice stating that fact.
