Queensland Consolidated Regulations Queensland Consolidated RegulationsIf the referral agency does not comply with section 39 (3) within the following period, the referral agency aspects are taken to comply with the building development approval—
(a) 15 business days after the agency receives the notice to inspect;
(b) any longer period agreed to between the agency and the building certifier within the 15 business days.
