CHILDRENS COURT RULES 2016 - REG 10

10 How proceeding is started

(1) A proceeding is started when 1 of the following documents is filed in the court—

(a) a child protection application;

(b) an Adoption Act application;

(c) an acknowledgement of sex application;

(d) a notice of appeal.

(2) An application mentioned in subrule (1) (a) , (b) or (c) is an
"originating application" .
