Leaving a workplace—children under 13 years
36 Leaving a workplace—children under 13 years
An employer of a child
under 13 years must take reasonable steps to ensure the child does not leave
the child’s workplace unless the child is in the care of a parent or an
authorised person. Penalty— Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
