CHILD EMPLOYMENT REGULATION 2016 - REG 43

43 Rest facilities

The employer must provide adequate and appropriate rest facilities for the child to use while at work that take into account the child’s age and development needs.

Penalty—

Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
