12BA Definitions for division

In this division—

"authorised activities operating plant" see section 64D of the Act .

"overlapping area" see—

(a) the Mineral and Energy Resources (Common Provisions) Act 2014 , section 104 ; or

(b) the Mineral Resources Regulation 2013 , section 23 (1) (a) .
