Prisoner to be given copy of details kept about breaches of discipline
6 Prisoner to be given copy of details kept about breaches of discipline
(1) The chief executive must give a prisoner a copy of the details contained
in the register kept under section 120 of the Act for each breach of
discipline it is decided the prisoner has committed.
(2) The copy must be
given to the prisoner as soon as practicable after the details are entered in
the register.
