Placing a person in day-to-day charge

117A Placing a person in day-to-day charge

For the purposes of the definition of a
"person in day-to-day charge" in section 5 (1) of the Law, a person is in day-to-day charge of an education and care service if—

(a) the person is placed in day-to-day charge by the approved provider or a nominated supervisor of the education and care service; and
(b) the person consents to the placement in writing.
