(1) For the purposes of section 196 (1) of the Law, an identity card is in the prescribed form if it—(a) states the full name of the authorised officer; and(b) states that the officer is authorised under section 195 of the Law; and(c) is issued by the Regulatory Authority which authorised the officer; and(d) states the date of the officer’s authorisation.
(2) An identity card may contain a photograph of the authorised officer.
(3) If an identity card does not contain a photograph of the authorised officer, the authorised officer must carry the following and produce it when showing the identity card under the Law or these Regulations—(a) another form of photographic identification of the authorised officer; and(b) a letter from the Regulatory Authority authorising the use of that form of photographic identification.Penalty—Penalty: $1100.
