Queensland Consolidated Regulations Queensland Consolidated RegulationsIf, immediately before the commencement day, an approved education and care service held a prescribed provisional rating level, the service continues, on and after the commencement day, to hold that rating level for the purposes of the Law unless or until the service is assessed under section 133(1) of the Law and rated under section 135 of the Law.
