EDUCATION AND CARE SERVICES NATIONAL REGULATIONS - REG 6

6 Eligible association

For the purposes of the definition of
"eligible association" in section 5 (1) of the Law, a parents and citizens association formed under Chapter 7 of the Education (General Provisions) Act 2006 of Queensland is a prescribed association.
