Queensland Consolidated Regulations Queensland Consolidated RegulationsThe approved provider of an education and care service must ensure that a copy of the medical conditions policy document is provided to the parent of a child enrolled at an education and care service if the provider is aware that the child has a specific health care need, allergy or other relevant medical condition.
Note—A compliance direction may be issued for failure to comply with this regulation.
