References to a stated number of years of academic study
4 References to a stated number of years of academic study
A reference in section 5 or 8 to a stated number of years of academic study—
(a) is a reference to the stated number of years of full-time academic study;
and
(b) includes a reference to an amount of academic study the college is
satisfied is the equivalent of the stated number of years of full-time
academic study.
