ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT (VEGETATION MANAGEMENT) BY-LAW 2023 - REG 10

10 Application for permit

(1) A person may apply to MEDQ for a permit (a
"controlled vegetation permit" ) to interfere with controlled vegetation.

(2) The application must be in the approved form.

(3) Also, if the applicant is not the owner of the land to which the application relates, the application must include, or be accompanied by, the owner’s consent to the application.
