Queensland Consolidated Regulations Queensland Consolidated RegulationsEach of the following is a ground for suspending or cancelling a controlled vegetation permit—
(a) the holder of the permit has contravened a condition of the permit;
(b) the permit was obtained on the basis of information the holder of the permit knew was false or misleading in a material particular;
(c) the holder of the permit, in relation to a contravention of a condition of the permit, has not complied with—(i) an oral direction given under section 29 ; or(ii) a compliance notice given under section 31 .
