ENVIRONMENTAL OFFSETS REGULATION 2014 - REG 31
Appeal period
31 Appeal period
(1) The notice of appeal must be filed within 22 business days after the day
the appellant receives notice of the decision or the decision is taken to have
been made.
(2) However, the Planning and Environment Court may at any time
extend the time for starting the appeal.
