Prohibition on bringing onto, using on or leaving at premises of State school particular documents
34 Prohibition on bringing onto, using on or leaving at premises of State
school particular documents
(1) A person, other than a religious instructor, must not bring onto, use on
or leave at the premises of a State school a publication of a religious
denomination or society.
(2) A religious instructor must not leave at the
premises of a State school a publication of a religious denomination or
society.
