Queensland Consolidated Regulations Queensland Consolidated RegulationsIf the object of an activity of an association formed for a State instructional institution is, or includes, 1 or more of the following matters, the consent of the chief executive of a department that deals with the matter must be obtained before the activity is carried out—
(a) the construction of improvements to the institution’s premises;
(b) the addition of a fixture to the institution’s premises;
(c) the purchase of furniture for the institution.
