EXPLOSIVES REGULATION 2017 - REG 113

113 Functions

The manager of a government magazine has the following functions—

(a) receiving explosives at the magazine;

(b) storing explosives at the magazine;

(c) inspecting and sampling explosives stored at the magazine;

(d) repackaging explosives stored at the magazine;

(e) supplying explosives from the magazine to persons;

(f) destroying explosives at the magazine.
