EXPLOSIVES REGULATION 2017 - REG 138

138 Authority must be kept in vehicle

The holder of a licence to transport explosives must keep the licence, or a copy of the licence, in a vehicle in which explosives are transported under the licence.

Penalty—

Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
