EXPLOSIVES REGULATION 2017 - REG 23A

23A Occupational authorities—Act, sch 2

For schedule 2 of the Act , definition
"occupational authority" , each of the following authorities is prescribed—

(a) an explosives driver licence;

(b) a fireworks operator licence;

(c) a shotfirer licence;

(d) a licence to use explosives;

(e) a licence to collect ammunition.
