EXPLOSIVES REGULATION 2017 - REG 47

47 Information that must accompany application

(1) This section applies to an application to renew—

(a) a licence to use explosives; or

(b) a shotfirer licence; or

(c) a fireworks operator licence.

(2) The application must be accompanied by a record of the explosives used under the licence by the holder of the licence during the term of the licence.
