EXPLOSIVES REGULATION 2017 - REG 95

95 Explosives exempt from s 44 of Act

The following explosives are exempt from section 44 of the Act —

(a) a schedule 4 explosive;

(b) collectors’ ammunition stored by a prescribed ammunition collector;

(c) an explosive stored at a government magazine.
