Queensland Consolidated Regulations Queensland Consolidated RegulationsAn electricity entity must ensure that a service line for a consumer’s premises is disconnected and sufficiently isolated from any electric line forming part of its works if—
(a) the supply of electricity to the consumer’s premises has been disconnected; and
(b) the electricity entity has taken away any of its meters, control apparatus or other electrical equipment from the premises.
