ELECTRICAL SAFETY REGULATION 2013 - REG 293

293 Eligibility for electrical jointer licence

(1) Repealed section 214 continues to apply except that—

(a) a reference to ‘the commencement of this section’ is taken to be a reference to the commencement of repealed section 214; and

(b) a reference to ‘section 221’ is taken to be a reference to repealed section 221.

(2) Repealed section 221 continues to apply except that—

(a) a reference to †˜section 214(2)’ is taken to be a reference to repealed section 214(2); and

(b) a reference to ‘the commencement of this section’, or ‘the commencement’, is taken to be a reference to the commencement of repealed section 221.
