296 Termination of low voltage overhead service line built before 1 January 1995

Repealed section 219 continues to apply except that—

(a) a reference to ‘the commencement of this section’ is taken to be a reference to the commencement of repealed section 219; and

(b) a reference to ‘part 7, division 5’ is taken to be a reference to part 9, division 5.
